Delivery Times
Most orders are dispatched within 7 - 10 working days subject to availability. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if it exceeds the 7 - 10 working day target.

UK: Orders up to £24.99 - delivery charge £5.50
Orders over £25.00 - delivery charge £7.99
For orders outside the UK, please email for a price of posting
Returns & Exchanges
If you find any goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied:
1. Notify us within 7 days from receipt of the goods
2. Tell us why you are returning the item, the date of purchase and the item you are returning
3. Once we have received the information we will send you a returns number (please do not send the item back without receiving confirmation via email)
4. Return the item to us unsoiled and unused. The item must be well packaged and clearly labeled. (You are required to arrange and pay for the return). Send to:

5. We will arrange an exchange or refund you the full amount
* It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become lost or damaged we do not compensate
* You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods
* We do not give refunds on items returned after 7 days, or damaged goods not notified to us within 7 days from receipt
